What role does it play in life? The spark detector is used to monitor the dust pipe connected to the storage bin and extinguish every spark before it causes a fire in the storage bin. The probe is sensitive to detect sparks even if they are hidden in dense materials. The spark detection system consists of one or more detectors, automatic fire suppression components, or monitoring stations.
1, sensitive detection. On the basis of studying the characteristic spectral curves of all kinds of sparks, the corresponding high-speed photosensitive elements are selected to match the detection wavelength range. The probe can detect small sparks and hot particles, with high sensitivity; At the same time, the detection system can detect through high-density materials and dust.
2, using photoelectric detection technology. Non-contact testing, without any interference to the tested object, will not affect the normal production process; At the same time, it has the advantages of high sensitivity, good stability, low power consumption, long life, etc., suitable for industrial uninterrupted work.
3, wide Angle detection design, only two probes can completely cover the pipeline.
4, strong shell. The probe housing is made of aviation aluminum and stainless steel, lightweight and strong, resistant to oxidation and corrosion. Combined with specially designed sink and seal ring, the overall enclosure reaches IP67 protection grade, which can be used in harsh outdoor environments. The striking outer yellow coating allows you to know the location of the detection point at a glance.
5. Fast installation. The probe is mounted with special connectors, making installation very easy. One person can complete the installation of a probe in just a few minutes. The mounting bracket installs the spark detector on the outer surface of the air duct. The mounting bracket consists of a two-piece metal housing with a shock-proof rubber cushion inside, and a base attached to the air duct with tempered glass Windows through which a spark detector can detect the interior of the air duct.
Close the outer cover with four handle screws to enable it to be opened quickly during inspection and testing. The nozzle of the fire extinguishing assembly is installed in a central position in the air duct so that the direction of the spray is the same as the direction of the air flow towards the storage bin.
The solenoid valve controls the flow of water to the nozzle and is installed outside the air duct as close to the nozzle as possible. The pressure switch can be installed outside the air duct between the solenoid valve and the nozzle, monitoring the flow of water into the nozzle and alerting in the event of tax leakage due to valve failure.
In addition to fire extinguishing operations, the air duct is closed with an electro-pneumatic fire valve mounted downstream of the nozzle and monitoring detector and controlled by a fire detector or monitoring detector. At the same time, the delay of the air duct valve should also be considered, and it should be placed at the appropriate distance. The closing time depends on the size, but we recommend considering 0.5-1 seconds. Therefore, the distance from the spark detector should be 15-30 meters. In addition, it is recommended to stop the fan of the dust collection system under the control of a fire extinguishing detector or spark monitoring detector. In the complete system, the control panel can give a stop command to close the air duct valve and turn off the fan.
